The Webinar discusses the significant decision of Fair Work Ombudsman v Woolworths Group Limited & Ors; Baker v Woolworths; Pabalan v Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd [2025] FCA 1092 and addresses the key takeaways from the findings relating to the underpayment claims against Woolworths and Coles.
The Decision found that Woolworths and Coles failed to ensure annual salaries covered all entitlements under the General Retail Industry Award 2010 (as applicable at the time), including overtime, penalty rates and allowances.
